JEE previous year question papers and PYQ books
Two kinds of PYQ live here. The official question papers are published by the exam bodies themselves: every JEE Advanced paper since the exam began sits in the IIT archive, and NTA publishes JEE Main papers with answer keys after each session. Those are free, and the pages below link straight to the source. The PYQ books (Arihant, Disha, MathonGo, Unacademy) are paid compilations whose value is the sorting and the solutions; their PDFs on download sites are pirated copies.

Where do I download JEE Advanced previous year papers for free?
From the organising IIT's archive at jeeadv.ac.in, which hosts every year's Paper 1 and Paper 2 with answer keys. The pages in this section link each year to that archive.
Does NTA publish JEE Main question papers?
Yes. After each session NTA releases the question papers, provisional and final answer keys through the candidate portal on jeemain.nta.nic.in, and the papers stay available on the NTA site.
Are chapter-wise PYQ books worth buying if the papers are free?
The papers are free; the sorting, the solutions and the trend tables are what you pay for. If you can sort questions chapter-wise yourself from the official PDFs, you do not need the book. Most aspirants in the last year before the exam prefer the book for speed.
